Production capacity:The production line equipment configured by the company can produce quenched-tempered spring steel wire products with wire diameter φ3-21mm and tensile strength 910MPa-2100MPa. The annual production capacity of the two phases of the project is 50000 tons (the annual production capacity of the previous project is 20000 tons).
Major equipment:The company has five sets of φ1200 inverted wire drawing units, which are mainly equipped with wire rod online shot blasting treatment equipment, wire rod online surface defect eddy current flaw detector equipment, wire rod surface defect grinding equipment, inverted wire take-up unit, etc.; Five sets of induction heating heat treatment production line units, the unit is mainly equipped with active continuous setting-out device, induction heating equipment, water quenching cooling system equipment, on-line passing and rotary eddy current flaw detector equipment, automatic shearing continuous production take-up equipment without stopping, etc. At the same time, a professional testing laboratory for spring steel wire is built, equipped with complete steel wire testing instruments and equipment.
Product application range:The company's products are mainly quenched-tempered spring steel wire and quenched and tempered straight bar, spring steel 55SiCr, 60Si2Mn, 50CrV, 60Si2CrV, 65Mn, 50CrV. Carbon steel 45, SCM440, SCM335, ML40Cr, 416 stainless steel, etc. It is widely used in new energy car suspension springs, motor car steering springs, motorcycle shock absorber springs, clutch springs, other mechanical springs, vibrating rods, mold thimbles, etc.
