1. Low temperature tempering: usually in the range of 150 ℃-250 ℃, can make the hardness and toughness of spring steel to reach the appropriate ratio, so as to enhance its overall performance.

2. medium temperature tempering: usually in the range of 250 ℃-400 ℃, can reduce the hardness of spring steel, improve its toughness and plasticity.

3. High temperature tempering: usually in the range of 400 ℃-650 ℃, can significantly improve the toughness and ductility of spring steel, but may reduce its hardness and strength.

Through proper tempering treatment, the performance of spring steel can be further optimized to achieve a state suitable for the application environment.

Tempering is one of the commonly used spring steel heat treatment methods, usually by reducing the hardness of spring steel and improve its toughness, to make its performance more stable and suitable for different application environments. By controlling the parameters such as heating temperature, holding time and cooling rate of tempering, the spring steel can be restored to the degree of toughness and strength, and the state suitable for the application environment can be achieved.
